Blockchain Firm Plume Aims to Become Global RWA Hub with Korean Partners
At a press conference during his visit to Korea, the CEO said the company aims to lead the global on-chain finance market.
Blockchain company Plume Network on Feb. 12 presented its vision to position Korea as a key partner and grow it into a global hub for asset tokenization, citing the country’s strong capabilities in digital financial innovation.
Chris Yin, CEO of Plume, held a press conference at the FKI Tower in Yeouido, Seoul, stating, “Based on real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, we are leading the global on-chain finance market by building the world’s largest user ecosystem and a regulation-friendly infrastructure.”
He added, “Plume’s goal is to collaborate with the strongest ecosystems to lay the foundation for a new global financial market. Korea, equipped with innovative financial institutions, a robust crypto community, and regulatory authorities, offers a unique environment capable of accelerating the development of a new global on-chain economy.”
He emphasized, “With world-class assets, the largest RWA user base globally, proprietary regulatory licenses, and Plume’s full-stack ecosystem that lowers barriers to entry, we look forward to collaborating with the Korean market to usher in a new economic era.”
