Strategy has declared a strong commitment to overcoming stock price volatility head-on through additional Bitcoin (BTC) purchases and a new capital structure strategy.

According to cryptocurrency media outlet CoinGape on February 12 (local time), CEO Phong Le recently unveiled a detailed execution plan to manage stock volatility stemming from Bitcoin’s price decline and to expand the company’s asset scale.

Le announced that the company purchased an additional 1,142 BTC for approximately $90 million to alleviate investor concerns triggered by the sharp drop in Bitcoin’s price. With this acquisition, Strategy’s total Bitcoin holdings increased to 714,644 BTC, with an overall average purchase price of $76,056.

To address stock volatility, the company plans to continue a capital expansion strategy that appropriately combines equity issuance and debt financing, increasing its Bitcoin holdings each quarter. He emphasized that unless Bitcoin’s price crashes to $8,000 and remains there for five to six years, the company’s financial structure would face no threat, dismissing market speculation about a liquidity crisis.

Strategy is strengthening its identity beyond that of a simple software company, positioning itself as a Bitcoin treasury firm building Bitcoin-based capital markets. Le reaffirmed that the company has no intention of selling its Bitcoin holdings until 2065, making it clear that the stock’s high volatility is not a flaw but a characteristic that amplifies Bitcoin’s value.

The company stated that it will focus all its capabilities on maximizing Bitcoin yield per share to enhance shareholder value. Through continuous asset accumulation, it aims to further solidify its market dominance within the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
